Our history is built on hard work, integrity, and long-term relationships
CLI Group began in 1968 inside the new TD Tower at 66 Wellington St.
Our founders - John Whale, Ray Peressini and John Banich - started in a stairwell on the 2nd floor, handling tenant service requests by day and doing the work themselves by night.
From those humble beginnings, we grew into one of Toronto’s most trusted commercial renovation partners.
