Ground up construction of two new buildings.

As Construction Manager, CLI employed a detailed Preconstruction program, coordinating long lead items, pre-ordering mechanical equipment, and maintaining a restrictive budget. Client facing areas included upgraded specialty finishes in boardrooms, operable partitions, and custom office fronts.

A ground-up project consisting of two new buildings, the project included structural slab work, building envelope completion and service infrastructure required for specific retail and industrialized work.
