Orchestrating project management of a remote location with local subcontractors

CLI’s Construction Management program includes a trade vetting procedure. This is a critical step ensuring selected vendors for the project meet all labour, schedule, and quality commitments. Our thorough vetting process narrowed local subcontractors down to only those who met selective high standards set by our project team.

CLI created a concurrent construction schedule, where trade tasks were prioritized across three floors. Trade divisions were phased and overlapped to reduce schedule lag, while maintaining site readiness for pre-ordered finishes.The winery was constructed against a beautiful backdrop, highlighting its structural glass portico, multi-level veranda, trophy mezzanine, and finished with exterior hardscaping.
