Scotiabank completing a corporate amalgamation of their regional head offices, while expanding across 5 new floors as anchor tenant of the previous Blackberry HQ building.

Understanding the intricate nature of building out new space over access flooring, CLI initiated a stacked-schedule approach. By doing so, we successfully turned over the space within a very restrictive timeline.

Raised floors, employee fitness facility, security mantraps, satellite hubs, cafeterias, seminar rooms and an executive floor were a few of the design features incorporated.
