Contract Administration
As your Construction Manager, we can review your project requirements and outline recommendations relating to scope expectations for your consultants, fee structure reviews, and overall professional service needs. In addition to making recommendations, contract management of the consultants can be coordinated by CLI during our Preconstruction Program.
