Ensuring they reflect the project’s unique requirements, gives you peace of mind knowing the vendors are crystal clear on their performance expectations. We develop all tendering and contract documents specific to your project, including Division 1 General Requirements.
Vetting trades for best fit
Finding the right people for each job is often a challenge, and can make or break the successful completion of your project. Our 50 years in the industry has allowed us to create a wide contact list spanning all divisions. We recommend bidders based on very specific pre-vetted requirements of labour availability, their safety record, insurance certification, commitment to the schedule, purchasing power, experience with similar projects and overall past performance.
