Our industry experience extends to projects where you would prefer a single point-contact for your entire project. CLI works with you directly, to review your landlord requirements, secure your consultants, guide the design development, procure furniture, coordinate construction, move management, and final space commissioning. This condenses the team, ensuring all moving pieces are perfectly coordinated and communicated back to you from a single source.

Furniture Coordination

We understand the importance of furniture procurement and include it in all of our Construction Management workplans. As part of our inclusive Management process, we work directly with your furniture vendor to cross-reference installation requirements, lead times, delivery and installation coordination. These tasks are reflected in our Master Schedule and tracked against construction.

Closeout & Permit Closure

The investment in your project is often prescribed by a lease allowance allocation. We strive for a four-week turnaround of total Closeout and Permit Closure, allowing you to obtain your allowance as quickly as possible. Our Closeout Manuals are thorough, and include all hard and soft copies of as-builts, warranties, care & maintenance manuals, shop drawings & specifications, and a Service Program Proposal through our Service Centre.
